Dr. Candelaria currently practices in the Old Irving Park neighborhood in a bi-lingual dental facility that has an on-site lab for same-day service and emergency prosthetic care. We are conveniently located near all forms of public transportation, and Chicago Dentist PC accepts most major insurance plans (walk-ins are welcome).
There is a fee for dental appointments that are missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice.
